I've been wondering how to get rid of tiredness because I always feel tired. I don't know if it is chronic fatigue or a lack of exercise or what.

The thing is... I actually HAVE been exercising, eating well, and sleeping longer at night. I even started drinking coffee (blah!) and have a sugar free energy drink between lunch and dinner. Maybe I'm depressed or something. I don't know.
