When it comes to cracks and holes in your asphalt driveway or parking space, it is incredibly important to make sure that you are acting as soon as you can. Even though most people would wait for the hot summer months to have their driveway repaired, there is no time better then right now. You need to make sure that the cracks are filled and then sealed in order to prevent further damage from happening to your driveway. Cracks that are left unattended will cause bigger problems in a very short period of time. Leaving cracks or holes in an asphalt driveway or parking space for years is only going to cost you more money in the long run.

The first thing you will want to do is to use a spade or a lawn edging tool or device that can scrap the weeds and grass out of the cracks in the driveway. Wash the driveway with warm water and some soap and then allow it to air dry completely.
